  • Simply put soft play is foam padded play equipment created for crawlers to children up to age five. Soft play provides hours of interactive entertainment while developing gross motor, social, and cognitive skills.

  • es, all of our equipment is cleaned and sanitized before and after each use. Equipment is sanitized and disinfected using, CleanSmart, a non-toxic fragrance-free, hospital-grade disinfectant which kills 99.9% of harmful viruses, bacteria, mold, fungus, and germs.

  • The play area must be on a flat such as dry, low, and flat grass, turf, concrete, or flooring. Play areas cannot be set up on uneven or high grass dirt, sand, or any area that will compromise the safety of the children or the integrity of the equipment. The area must be clean and free of any debris and moisture prior to our arrival including pet feces and urine.

  • Moisture and water will permanently damage the equipment therefore we are unable to set up outside (even if under a canopy or covered porch) in the event there is any chance of light rain, drizzle, or heavy showers in the forecast. We highly recommend an indoor setup space in the event of inclement weather. Once again, we will not set up outside even if there is a 1% chance of rain.

  • The non-refundable retainer to reserve our services is $100. The balance is due 5 days prior to your event. Reservations are made online and a balance-due invoice is sent to you approximately one week prior to your event.

  • A $200security deposit is required upon set up of your event and is payable via cash or credit card. The security deposit is refunded upon pickup after confirming all equipment is in proper shape according to our rental agreement.

  • All rentals are for four-hour periods. Each additional hour is $60.

  • By agreeing to book with us, you are responsible for any damaged property while our rental items are in your possession.

SOFT PLAY RULES

  • We are based in Houston, Texas.

  • We work with broker and agents across the state of Texas!

  • No we work per a file basis so there is no need for a contract to be signed and you are charged at closing.

  • You will not be billed if your contract terminates.

    • Negotiate: Create Comps, CMAs or a Seller Net Sheet

    • Amendments: We prepare amendments only if all verbiage is written out and emailed to us

    • Vendors: Coordinating with inspectors, handymen, and appraisers

    • Marketing: Social Media Posting, Leaad Generation, ETC.

  • Listings need to be submitted at least 72 hrs before the go live date. For executed contracts we need it submitted as soon as both parties have signed and an executed date has been listed. For offer prep services we offer a 3 hr turn around time.

  • Yes we hold standard hours of 8 to 7 PM Sunday through Monday. Any transactions submitted after this time will be handled the following day.
